This year’s most anticipated music extravaganza, the Grammy Awards, gave us a night of emotions, surprises and triumphs at the 66th annual ceremony held at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles. Taylor Swift made history, winning the coveted Album of the Year award for “Midnight,” thus earning four awards in the same category in her career.
The singer won numerous other awards and surprisingly announced (during her speech) that her next release, The Tortured Ministry of Poets, is coming out on 19 April.
In addition, Miley Cyrus won her first Grammy for Best Pop Vocal Performance for Flowers. Kylie Minogue won Best Pop Dance Performance for Padam Padam, while the legendary Beatles added another Grammy to their prized collection when they won Best Music Video for I ‘m Only Sleeping.
While we wait for the winner of the favourite award and all the best looks, let’s focus on the unexpected appearance of cLynn Dion, who touched the audience by attending the awards event to present Swift with her award, despite the fact that she’s struggling with a rare form of stiff person syndrome.
